What documents do I need to carry with me, or send, and to whom?
Before you arrive, we request you to upload or send the forms/reports shared with you in the process of enrolment, thus far.
We will also need a COVID negative report (RT- PCR only) that’s not more than 5 days old and a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please click here to download the form.

On rejoining the campus, both the documents (original hard copies) need to be submitted to the GHS Shoolini office by all the students.
What are the quarantine rules on campus?
14 days of quarantine is compulsory upon arrival. Single allotment of rooms shall be done
for the
first 14 days. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner shall be served at the doorstep during this
period.
What is the process of food payment?
Students shall be given a choice to choose food vendors who shall deliver food. Payment shall be made directly to the vendor and details are available at the main gate and with hostel caretakers upon arrival.
What is the arrangement for food post quarantine?
There is a food court/Mess inside the campus where food is available on payment basis.
Do I get single occupancy post my quarantine period?
Room allotment happens on a twin-sharing basis and is allotted on a random basis.
Where should the hostel fees be paid?
The hostel fees have to be paid to Good Host Spaces Pvt Ltd. Fees details can be checked with TAPMI admin before arrival.
Do residents need to seek permission to travel outside the campus premises?
Yes, residents need to send an email and seek approval from the Warden for the same.
Can residents travel out of the campus post their quarantine period?
No, as of now due to the ongoing situation of COVID, going out of campus is prohibited.
Do the hostel rooms come with air conditioning and attached bathrooms?
Yes, all hostel rooms have AC and an attached bathroom.
Does the hostel fees include all expenses?
No, all the rooms are metered and electricity charges shall be separately borne by the students.
Are visitors allowed on campus premises?
No, visitors are not allowed on campus premises.
What are the modes of transport available to students?
Nearest airport is 75 km away Mangaluru internal Airport, Railway station is 10 KM away, Udupi railway station and plenty of buses ply from all over Bangalore (overnight journey).
