The leadership at Good Host Spaces focuses on accelerating growth and is rigorously focused on accelerating business growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
With over 25 years of experience, Nimesh is a successful investor across multiple asset classes. He has worked closely with the top management of many high-growth companies, setting them up for success. As a senior leader, he has contributed to the key functions of IDFC Alternatives, Citi Property Investors and UBS Global Real Estate. Nimesh has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's in Management Studies from Mumbai University.
Stanley comes with over 24 years of experience in the facility management industry. He started his career with Facility Services, one of the largest facility management companies. He was the Chief Operating Officer, an integral part of the Country Management Team reporting to the Board of Directors at ISS India.Stanley is a hospitality management graduate. He has also completed an ISS-sponsored Leadership Mastery Program along with several other leadership development courses.
Girish is an accomplished senior executive who holds leadership and management roles in large, publicly listed organisations. He has experience in private equity, M&A, new business start-up, business strategy, financial management, treasury and fund mobilisation. His last stint was at the global private equity firm Investcorp where he was a Private Equity partner and a member of the investment committee.Girish is an all India Rank Holder Chartered Accountant (FCA), MBA From IIM-Kozikode, Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA, FCMA, UK), and a Fulbright Scholar from Tepper Business School, CMU, USA.
Pinak, an avid planner and a smart strategist with an experience of more than three decades in Construction & Project Management. He has been working the way to the top playing all the roles in the company. His expertise lies in Leading project team and Proficient in swiftly completing up Commercial and Residential project in time, scope and cost. For more than two decades Pinak was associated with Romell Properties Pvt Ltd, Mumbai base real estate developer as Head (Construction and Purchase). He has delivered residential and commercial projects including high-rise residential towers, IT parks, Retrofit office space, new elevators installation and commissioning in the occupied building, Redevelopment of housing Societies and Reallocation of slums through Slum Rehabilitation Schemes. Academically, Pinak has done Bachelor of Engineering in the field of Civil Engineering from Shivaji University in 1992 and went on to completed few addition courses in the field of management.
Sharat has over 15 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking. He has extensive experience in investing, fund raising, M&A and corporate finance advisory with a consistent track record of leading end to end deal execution, stakeholder management and creating value. He has worked in organisations like Nomura Securities, Edelweiss Group, Milestone Capital and SBI Capital Markets. Sharat has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics and a Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
Jahangir is a project management and Real Estate professional with varied industry experience of over 25+ years contributing to Project Management, Real Estate, Contracts/ Lease negotiation, and Building, facility design and infrastructure. He has successfully led and delivered projects across multiple assets including Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Retails and Restoration. He has worked in organisations like Knight Frank, Peninsula Land Limited, Aditya Birla Retail, Jones Lang Lasalle and CBRE. Jahangir is a Civil Engineer from Saboo Siddik College and Post Graduate in Construction Management from NICMAR and MBA from Welingkar Institute Mumbai.

Bimal Julka is an experienced Civil Servant for 41 years with a demonstrated history of leading impactful projects across Ministry of Defence, Civil Aviation, Information & Broadcasting, External Affairs, Finance, Commerce and Public Relations in Govt. of India. He is skilled in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Business Strategy, Strategy, and Service Delivery Management and a strong legal professional with a Master of Arts focused in Psychology from University of Delhi.

Anami Roy
Mr. Roy holds a Master’s degree in History and is a retired civil servant. During his 38 year career in the Indian Police Service (IPS), he held with great distinction a range of assignments including some of the challenging and sensitive ones, both in the Maharashtra state and Government of India. He retired in May, 2010 as the Director General of Police (DGP), Maharashtra, heading a police force of over 2,00,000. As the DGP Maharashtra, he was the advisor to the state government for internal security, law and order and crime administration. Mr. Roy, as Police Commissioner of Mumbai for over three years has evolved many instruments and schemes for making Police services more accessible to citizens and people-friendly. Citizen Facilitation Centers for providing time-bound, transparent, hassle-free solutions to people’s expectations from the Police were highly appreciated by people and media. He is an Independent Director of the Company.
Swapnil Sinha joined Warburg Pincus in 2016 and is currently based in the Mumbai office. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Sinha worked in the Investment Banking practice at Barclays in London. Mr. Sinha focuses on investments in the Telecom, Industrials, Real Estate and Renewables sectors. He is currently a Director of Good Host Spaces, R Retail Ventures and CleanMax Enviro Solutions and previously served on the board of Embassy Industrial Parks. Mr. Sinha holds a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and an M.B.A. (with Hons.) from University of Chicago.
Varun Telaprolu is based in Mumbai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2019 and is a Vice President focused on investments in India. Previously, Varun worked at Apax Partners with a focus on Healthcare and Tech Services Sectors. Varun holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and MBA (Hons.) from The Wharton School.
